So, i am afraid that my neck and double chin will look horrible after weight loss.... anyone have surgery to fix that?

Sure I had a neck lift, it helps a lot to get rid of the extra skin.  My neck isn't perfect but it looks a bunch better.

I was really worried about that too! I am down 84 pounds now and everyone says they notice it so much in my face and neck. I purchased some face and neck products from my dermatologist and it really helps. Not a lot of loose skin there, but I do have it other places!
