Beautiful!  Amazing job very inspirational!   You must be incredibly strict with your plan and exercise

HW: 360 lbs; 1st Clinic Weighin: 343.7 lbs; SW: 318 lbs; LW 221lbs; Regain 256lbs

Strict is relative, I go through periods where I eat badly and gain a little and then get mad at myself and get back on track.  I tossed every single item of clothes I have over size 6 so if I gain too much I would be naked, something I am positive my very proper boss would not appreciate.  So when things get tight I get to dieting, eating around 1000 calories a day.  I don't workout, never set foot in a gym, hate sweating and the only exercise I remotely like is walking, which I do when its nice out and in pursuit of my photography otherwise not so much.

    Thanks!

    Wow!!!  Hot looking lady!

    Thanks.
Fantastic! Woot woot! I hear that brachioplasty hurts really bad... what do u think heidi?
Mine was not painful at all, the stitches were sensative and I appreciated the compression sleeves but it never swelled, no drains and healed quickly.  I had my surgery on a Wednesday and went back to work on Sunday, within a month I was lugging a 50lb suitcase through the airport to Chicago.  The tummy tuck was a bigger deal and I took off 12 days for that one, it took a long time for the swelling to go down and wasn't super painful just loads of pressure, but totally worth it.

    Thanks!
You look truely amazing and are an inspiration!!!!
