Only six more days till my surgery. Ready to be done with this pro-op two week full liqid diet. I have not cheated been a good girl just ready for my new beginning

Congratulations!  It will suck for a very little while after surgery, but before you know it you will be on your way to a new lighter life.

Im happy for you! I have 3 months ... im getting RNY in october. What are you doing? I wonder if i will have to do 2 weeks liquid diet too?

I'm on a full liquid diet whi*****ludes sf jello,pudding, yogurt without fruit, sf popsicles ,and soups broths ,creamy soups (but must strain all the food out ).   The popsicles have been very helpful for me. Then one  day before surgery I start a clear liquid diet which is fine since it one day and I probably ******vous wreck anyways. So far lost 11 pounds it has not been bad I thought it would be , just try and keep myself busy . Congratulations on your surgery 3 month s will fly by it did for me                                                                                                                                      

I start my liquid diet tomorrow and I'm terrified. what were your coping techniques? I just don't want to cheat!

PS My surger is on the 18th! Nervous, too! But ready for my new life!
