    1st Goal reached 100 pounds DOWN

    I saw my PCP yesterday 7/9 and had my follow up visit with her. She was amazed at how well I've done and the difference in how I look. I last saw her in February prior to my RNY. Well I was shocked, I told her I'm just a tiny bit away from 100 pounds lost. Well, she checked back in her records and according to her file I had lost 100.2 pounds. I was stunned. She actually had me come and look at her file and the weigh ins....

    I was so excited I actually gave her a hug...that was one of my first goals and I will celebrate her documentation!!!

    100 pounds lost and I am on cloud 9!!!!

    Hard work, lots of effort and even greater rewards!!!

    Surgery 4 Jun 12 Dr Ponce de Leon in Mexico I was down 57 lbs prior to surgery.
