I am 4 weeks post-op on the gastric sleeve. I have lost 16lbs. That hasn't changed in a week even. 
Is that normal?
I lost 24lbs pre-op in 4 weeks. Seems like it should be more.
I am following the diet and all the instructions.

you apparently are in the much talked about 3 week stall... Im guessing next week you will see a drop

 I know I shouldn't worry about the numbers but I started that is, day of surgery at 230 pounds. I am 217 where I have been for a week. I feel scared. Why is eveyone losing so much weight. I have these crazy thought like mayhe I didn't have the surgery.  My surgeon just told me I had it. Relly, I dis have gastric bypass.  I feel like crying.

 awww. hmm. have you tried talking to other surgeons about this? You have to try to talk to others to know of whatever happened.
