NEED HELP , I am one month post opp and my weight now has not changed for the first 2 weeks I lost weight and now nothing , not sure to go back to liquids again or not . Most foods are not agree with me or the protein shakes.  I am not regreting that I got this procedure hope I am not doing anything wrong that the weight is not moving and I get a stomach ache everytime I eat.

This is a stall one of many and it is natural...go to the top of page right hand side and type in stall you will get lots of information .....this is normal and you are probably loosing inches ...did you take your measurements ? Put the scale away you will start loosing again just follow your plan ......Lots of luck and just relax

ok just so worried thought something I am doing wrong since I am having problems at this stage i will look further with the stalling situation thanks for the info :)
