Are you getting enough liquids?  Dehydration causes dizziness.

If you take bp meds, check with your doc about either adjusting or stopping for now, as it may be an issue with that med. Hydration is an issue that can cause dizziness too.  I began having dizziness issues around 5 months post op. I was off my bp meds I'd taken for 15 years.  I had several tests with my PCP. I was not dehydrated. I finally got another test with a cardio doc and a diagnosis. I had low bp issue and needed a pacemaker implant--surgery was 4 days later.  Drink 64oz+ of water daily.  If you take hot showers, the heated water may have an effect on you too. DAVE

Thanks Kelly and Dave I go back to my doctor next week I have had issues with being dehyrated and trying to get more fluids down but still feel light head and sick  hopefully they can find out the issue  he gave me meds for nasua that is about it

Dehydration was an issue for my wife, even though I'd warned her several times.  2 years ago I got a kiddie snow cone machine at Walmart.  A variety of these items are available at ebay, amazon.com etc. For around $30-35 you can get one shipped to your home if you can't find one locally. These machines take refrigerator ice cubes, and make a shaved ice that I flavor with Torani SF syrups or take those SF soda concentrates and dilute them. Shave the ice in a bowl, add flavor, shave some more in bowl and top off.  You're eating your water. Makes a nice treat for summer. You could even use some natural fruit juice if you wanted, no sugar added of course. DAVE

i was taken off my BP Meds that i have been on for 5 years and  i get really dizzy like black outs when i kneel down on a floor or bend over or even get up from my bed. I was told it was due to my blood vessles and veins being exposed from the weight loss and i was compressing them.

I'd get a bp monitor to keep a check on your blood pressure.  My issue was not consistant, and 2 Holter Monitor and one Event Monitor test failed to initially find it.  A cardio doc read another Holter Monitor test (3rd one I had) and finally I had a diagnosis. I'd get my dizzy feeling sitting, standing, being quiet, in the middle of talking, almost anytime.  As apprecialbe wt loss occurs, your heart has to work less.  My issue was exlained like this: I had short periods of higher bp (normal) and returned to my normal low. I might let you know I had documented pulse rates of 45 and 38 at my docs office.  BUT, every once in a while, my bp would "dip" below my normal low rate, and that's when my dizziness or fainting issue occured.  DAVE

Besides dehydration and low bp which were mentioned above it could also be low blood sugar or hypoglycemia.  My blood sugar ran low early out because I ate so little.  If you have a glucose monitor you can use (or borrow) it is worth checking .
