Cant get a hold of my do****il Monday but want to start my C25K program today. Nothing in my reading material about running. I had my RNY on July 18th. So its been a month.

When were you cleared to run?

I will definitely wait on yoga and know that weights will be a good three months  thoughts? advice? thanks!

I am only cleared to run when someone is chasing me.......

Running makes your body move up and down and your insides are not yet healed fully.  Check with your surgeons office next week.

 I was told 6 to 8 weeks for anything more than walking.  The dr. cleared me at 7 for all cardio.

 I was told I could start back on everything at 6 weeks which was this week and oh boy do my muscles hurt
