Think about what your body has been through. It has been opened up (even if done laproscopically, you still have 4-5 wounds that are healing), its insides rearranged and sectioned off, and you are now able to eat very few calories. Your body is doing its normal thing -- and screaming "WTF happened???!!!" You're in the midst of a major recovery, and you will be for some time, even after the outside wounds are healed. But the energy will pick back up soon, so soon that you will almost forget how tired you are now. Be kind to yourself and be gentle. You're on the path of a new life, and it will take awhile to adjust. Notice the changes, acknowledge the frustrations, and enjoy the journey. Good luck!!
