You're appetite is returning, and you still should moderate some form of portion control. Watch what foods cause you issues, likely high carb foods. AS you lose the wt, you have to do more exercise. It took a lot of calories to move 350 pounds, but far less to move 230. This mean you have to do more exercise to burn the same calories from your exercise. I'd highly recommend going to support groups on a regular basis. You'll learn a lot of tips at these meetings to help. Wt loss rate diminishes greatly past 6 months after surgery. It took about 7 months to lose 100 ponds, and then another 13 months to lose the next 80. It's a process that slows down, so you can't expect the same wt loss as you had the first few months. DAVE
