Fear of losing the fat?

Hello all, happy new year!

As I've continued on my weight loss journey I have had to face the fact that part of me is afraid of reaching my goal weight. I'm wondering if anyone else has any experience with this and what they did to work through it.

I've decided to go to counseling b/c I think it relates to my fear of being in a committed relationship. I've realized I hide behind my fat.

Would love to hear your experiences.

im 2 wks out and here lately i been having a fear about the excess skin i will have, i am afraid my spouse wont love me or think im attractive anymore (even tho he is a good guy) so i know where ur coming from.
