What does your vitamin schedule look like?
I had RNY.
Breakfast - multi, 500 mg calcium citrate, 50,000 IU D3 (three times a week), 25,000 IU vitamin A (three times a week), 50 mg zinc (twice a week)
Lunch - 500 mg calcium citrate
Dinner - multi, 500 mg calcium citrate
Bedtime - 300 mg iron (carbonyl iron), 2000 mg vitamin C
Every other Friday - B12 shot (1000 mcg subcutaneous)
The multi and calcium I take according to the ASMBS recommendations. The ASMBS also recommends B12 and iron, but I take more than they recommend because my labs show I need more. I take C with the iron to improve absorption. The D3, A and zinc I take because my labs showed I needed more of those than I was getting from my multi.

In the morning, one mulit vitamin with minerals. This is all banded people are recommended in the UK as we do not malabsorb anything. . I used to take calcium but then did the sums and found out I get plenty in my normal diet.
Blood tests show I am fine.
