Is there anyone in the Birmingham Alabama area that assists with appealing insurance companies to approve a conversion surgery?
Also, Is there a firm outside Birmingham that would handle this? If so, Has anyone used them, fees, success and failure reviews.

Lindstrom advocacy Center out of Californian. Just google them. They can give you a phone consult,usually free,and tell you if and how they think they might help. I know they have been successful for overturning. Many denial.
