weight loss and pain
Yes I had to go to a chiropractor. Our bodies get set one way when we are bigger and then do not readjust as we lose weight. He told me it is very common with huge weight loss. He readjusted my hips and it only took three sessions.

I've had that sometimes, regardless of how much I walk that day. I don't feel it during the day, but when I get into bed, my leg bones just ache! I can't wait until I'm allowed to take baths (got another week or two), I think epsom salts will be my best friend.

I think most of us feel pain in our muscles and joints as we lose weight. With rapid weight loss...our "center of gravity" changes quickly and we start carrying ourselves differently. We stand straighter... we walk differently. Our weight is not distributed the same as it was when we were heavier.... so our muscles and joints are forced to work in ways they have never worked before. Your body will settle into a "new normal" when your weight stabilizes. Your joints and muscles will strengthen themselves and the pain will go away.
