I have heard if people vomiting a foamy like substance... I just had my first case of the "foamies!"
can someone please explain to me what might be the cause of this? I have not eaten anything since about 5:30 pm central time yesterday, but have been drinking water this morning.(app 1 cup) I was sleeved on 11/5/13.

Could you have been drinking a little too fast?

why so. Long since. You ate anything? You sleeve was probably totally empty and that can cause foamies too.

It is not known, medically speaking, why it happens,it just does. Often,a food just doesn't sit well,no known reason for at either. Often,it is eating too fast or too much.
