WLS in Mexico?

Has anyone had or considered WLS in Mexico? I have a couple of friends who had it and did great with no complications at all. My only problem is that I've had RnY and I'm not sure what kind of surgery I should have. My insurance is not WLS friendly so that's why I'm considering Mexico. I've not talked to anyone at any of the surgery centers yet. I wanted to get some input from people who have been through some of the processes themselves.

If you have already had RNY and are looking for a revision, Dr. Ungson in Sonora is the only Mexican surgeon I've ever seen mentioned who can do a RNY to DS revision.  This is a very complicated surgery, and not many people in the world are qualified to perform it.  There is a list of DS surgeons on dsfacts.com, as well as a lot of other DS information.
