Im having sleeve next Monday Mar 3, with liquid only until day before then only clear liquid. Are protein shakes ok up until the clear liquid day?
I believe they should be okay, but I would ask your NUT. I was allowed to have protein shakes right up to my surgery date. I'm so glad too, that's the only way I stayed sane lol!
