Plastic surgeon help!!

Hi everyone!

   Not sure if anyone in the Boston/New England area can help me. I recently went to a plastic surgeon and my insurance approved a pannectomy, after a lot of consideration I don't think I would be comfortable still having that small muffin top. I'm not looking for a full TT but would love that little extra pulled. I have read of plastic surgeons giving people the option to pay out of pocket the difference. Sadly the plastic surgeon I seen doesn't offer that. Does anyone know of any that may give me that option? And if you have used them an estimate of cost?

Mine does - I just opted for the insurance-paid "panni" - but I know that many many of his patients opt to pay for the above-the-belly-button part themselves.  My WLS does the surgery (he also does body contouring), not a plastic surgeon.  PM me if you want more info - I'm north of Boston.
