Dr Sauceda in Mexico

Well, I have finally decided to get plastics.  I have submitted my pictures to Dr Sauceda and am waiting to hear back with estimates and possible surgery dates.  I am so excited.  The weight loss has really slowed down since January but it is starting to pick up again.  I have lost 3 lbs in 3 months, but i am still so happy with how i am feeling and how i look.  Lab work looks great except a little low on protein so now i am focusing on the protein intake.  Drinking the shakes for breakfest and a snack.  That should do it.  Wish me luck and i will post with estimates for the surgery.  I have 12 lbs to go for my goal weight of 140.  June will be my 18th month,but i still feel in control.  Yeah!

Congrats on your decision to have PS and he does beautiful work from what I've seen.    Good luck on getting of your last 12 lbs.    Usually though after PS you will drop some additional lbs.    Good luck to you.

Did you also  have your WLS in Mexico. I'm thinking if my insurance won't cover it then that is what I might do. It is cheaper, just wondering if it is safer?If you have any advice it would help. Although if that is what I decide to do I'm not sure I would tell my siblings and friends I don't think they would understand and try to talk me out of it.

No, i had my wls in the states.  My insurance covered it.
