Changed doctors for VSG

At the urging (insistence) of my wife, I have elected to have the VSG done in the US instead of Tijuana.  I am going with Dr. Umbach in Las Vegas instead of Dr. Ramos Kelley.  I am sure that either place would have been fine, but she feels better about it being here.

Now I just have to get Kaiser to agree to do the pre-op lab work and EKG, or I will be paying out of pocket for that too.  I have an appointment later today, so fingers crossed.

Test to see if the tracker in the signature worked.
