And they can be really EASY to make too !!  I love fat free yogurt but 4 me the sweet fruit flavors are just too much ( i dump easily )  - I prefer savory like Greek Tzaziki with dill , cucumber pieces and garlic.

My breakfast yogurt mix is Cedars tzaziki dip Greek Yogurt  ... mixed with any kind of fat free plain yogurt one to two in proportion.  I sometimes slice in homegrown cucumbers too.  Delicious!

Yesterday  I made some  homemade TV dinners with hidden vegetable-filled semi vegetarian lowfat meatloafs ....  took me about an hour to make 16 frozen healthy meals ... never need to grab the wrong  thing when I'm tired and hungry . Heres the recipe - stale and dry  ( I like sourdough)  bread 4 breadcrumbs - 3 cups food processed , set aside .  One lean pork loin ( I used apple Bourbon marinated , trimmed and washed ) .  One 1 lb package grass fed organic beef ground meat .  2 eggs to bind .

F1rst , I processed  one cupful of peeled garlics and one big onion - placed in a spray  oiled   pan and sauteed till golden , adding Paprika, steak rub , rib rub and meatloaf spices as well as homegrown oregano basils and thyme leaves ( processed )  . I also processed and added two tiny eggplants and one small zucchini to moisten and calorically dilute the meatloaf mix.

Finally I mixed all the ingredients ( after processing the pork_ gently together by hand, patted them into individual  loaves  and cooked at 350 for approximately 25 minutes until the tops sprang back , at which point I covered the tops with ketchup .   The mix can also be used to make meatballs ( add another egg for better binding )  or omnivorous ( semi-vegetarian) lowfat and very healthy hamburgers .

here's pics

What is "semi vegetarian?"  I'm pretty sure that all the vegetarians I know would cringe at that descriptor.  Heck, I'm an omnivore and I cringe at that description!  There's nothing close to vegetarian about these.
