3rd week stall...HELP!!!

I had VSG on aug 11th and lost 19lbs the 1st 2 weeks. The 3rd week came and i have not lost anything. I knew it was coming but I'm still really frustrated. I keep track of everything I eat and have increased my exercise but the scale never moves. How long does this "stall" usually last? Any advice? Thanks:)

Stalls usually last a month or more but so early out, people rarely experience real stalls like that.  They just have a week or so when they don't lose much or anything, which is totally normal.  If it frustrates you so much, stay off the scale for a while.

I had a 3 1/2 week stall starting one week after surgery. Just keep doing what you are supposed to do. It is frustrating but it will pass.

I just stopped by the Doctors office this morning.  I lost 1 lb. since my last weigh in (about a week ago).  Yes, I was disappointed, but then I thought about all the weight I had lost in less than 2 months.  Perhaps my body is adjusting.  I have not cheated or done anything wrong I, so I know its not anything I can control.  Keep on the plan and I am sure you will have a great weigh in to make this one forgettable!
