Well as my other posts have said I am getting some good movement now. So today I signed up at the local gym and on starting in the morning. 30 minutes of walking. I hope I can do it. it really hurts when I walk sometimes

Start off slow and do what you can.  You might find that means 10 minutes in the beginning.  If your body hurts, stop and try for a bit more the next day.  

You should also, if you haven't already, get fitted for a good pair of shoes.  It makes a world of difference.
