Oh Honey!!! I loved my RNY! I lost over 100 lbs and kept it off. The only real problem were severe, chronic, and recurrent anastomotic ulcers. I've had three over 3 1/2 years, the latest one reared it's ugly head last November and it never healed. We had exhausted all medical intervention, and I finally had a serious discussion with my WLS surgeon. After reviewing options, I finally had revision surgery to VSG on 10/13. I did not take this decision lightly, but I was basically on a liquid/ semi soft bland diet for months.

I hope that you find a resolution that works for you. As I said before, I was really happy with my RNY, and did not really want to change, but I had to make the best choice for me.

Yes, I had this 3 weeks after my RNY.  The doctor prescribed Carafate which I dissolve in a tiny bit of warm water and drink.  I used to take it 4 times/day and now I rarely remember to use it (because I'm feeling so much better)!  I hope you feel better soon.
