Hello Maddux,

We checked our records and he has not updated his record.  The facility he is/was associated with is  http://www.lapbariatrics.com/.  Give them a call and see if he is still there and if not, they should have your records and maybe another surgeon their can assist you with your revision.  If not, let us know and we can assist you with finding a surgeon in your area that does revisions.

Google is your friend.

I think Dr. Facundus has retired, and in any case he is not known as a revision surgeon. You really need someone who specializes in revisions, since they're more difficult and risky than 'virgin' WLS.

Why do you think you need a revision? Have you had significant regain? Did you simply never lose enough? Have you looked very closely at your diet, and how it may have changed over the years since your surgery?

I suggest you check out the Revision board here at OH as well.
