A little over a month out of surgery and already down 40lbs, I feel so ALIVE

I never thought I could do this, and never thought I would be strong enough to actually go through with the surgery.

Im so proud of myself and my huge victory towards a new healthy life.

Keep on keepin' on, if I can do it, SO CAN YOU!

I forgot to take a good before photo, but I do have one from after surgery in the hospital, and a few that arent my whole body. I haven't got to take afters yet!

Congratulations! You give me hope! 6 days post op and new life changes may seem a little hard right now! Thanks for posting this!!!

No problem !!  I had the hardest time the first two weeks, it gets better an better every day. Stay strong, some days will be very hard and emotional, but it is worth it. There IS a light at the end of the tunnel! Trudge your way through it. :)

Congrats on your weight loss. Keep up the good work. Wishing you continuing luck with your journey. I am finishing up one month and down only 9 pounds but I was a light weight to begin with and in total have lost 54 pounds since I started 7 months ago.
