It's been a while since I've posted bu I had a veiw questions.

I just started a new job that requires me to be on my feet mostly all day. My last job since surgery I sat all day long. Well when I started this new job this last Wednesday I was between 174-175 and now today I am 180. I haven't been anything bad and have been drinking my fluid and eating my protein. So my questions is, could going from a sitting job to standing job cause that much water retention?

Any thoughts ideas would be much appreciated.

I don't know about the sitting/standing thing and water retention but what I was going to say is a major change in routine you maybe doing some things differently and not even realize it. Maybe go back to journaling for a few weeks or go on myfitnesspal to get a handle on things.

If you have a standing job, maybe you want to start wearing support hose. It might help to keep you from retaining and your legs will feel better.
