Cholesterol within normal boundaries

My HDL (good cholesterol)  is 116

I am hiking, biking ****il my new bike was stolen! although i ordered a new one from REI last week).

Clothes shopping is a lot more fun

On the fence? While I have always been a very confident and in charge person, I am even more so now. and I don't think about theater seats, restaurant booths, airplane seats etc not being big enough

but more than ANYTHING...I found good health and good exercise commitment! 

That is wonderful. You look lovely!  Cant wait to be able to say the same.
