SSS - Superbowl Survival Suggestions

Hi Everyone

If you are stressing about getting through the Super Bowl food challenge here are some suggestions I hope will help. Please feel free to add your suggestions, experiences here in the thread.

*Be ready - have foods that you can eat.  Sip protein drinks, water and other items you made in advanced.

*If you feel overwhelmed, take a walk.

*If snow is up your butt remove yourself from the TV for a break.  

*Review your WLS bucket list.

*Surf the internet to remind you of all the reasons you are not eating nacho chips.  View clothes, vacation places, doing fun things with the family.

*Keep your hands busy, knit, crochet, draw.

*If family/friends are giving you a hard time, take your phone and take pictures of them stuffing their faces. Not an attractive look

*Come here on OH and vent

Drink lots of water... you'll eat less.

Make people take home leftovers.

Aim for protein... dense protein fills ya and there will be less snacking.

Limited real estate deserves only the best... don't waste that space on something not worthy.
