Anyone living in Florida that used medicaid Staywell/Wellcare?
Please let me know if you live in Florida and have already gotten surgery or are about to get it and used medicaid Staywell/Wellcare. Please reply. I have a question regarding the check list and am having a hard time finding the answer.
HW:352lbs / CW:335lbs / First one-on-one appointment with surgeon: January 5th 2015
