Ok so here is my question, I am 4.5 weeks post op and have done very well (57 lbs) however, the last week and a half I am only losing 1 pound a week.  Is this normal.  What have other people lost (I had the gastric sleeve)

Try not to think about the scale as much as nutrition and exercise. One pound a week is still weight loss. I've had multiple stalls lasting over a month and still managed to lose after by staying on plan.

It is very common to go into a stall in the beginning where you lose no weight. Mine lasted 3 1/2 weeks. Then I had another for 2 weeks a short time later. Just keep doing what you are supposed to.

Use the search function (magnifying glass in the blue bar) to reassure yourself by reading the literally hundreds of people asking about this totally normal exoerience,

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
