Plastic Surgeon Houston

I had surgery in July 2013. I was 510lbs, I am down to 265 and I have an incredible amount of skin hanging and I must have it removed. It hurts so badly and is so heavy. I have 10,000 in cash to put towards surgery, I know it wont cover my whole body, but I want to get my arms done, my breast lifted and the skin on my stomach off. Can anyone recommend a surgeon and an aproximate cost for this? I appreciate it.  :)

My bff just had breast lift and reduction and lipo of hips with Lomonaco in Houston.  It was $12,500 plus an additional $4-500 PER HOUR if the surgery goes over the time allotted. Also additional for anesthesia if extra time is needed.
