Just make sure to get LITTLE mason jars, there's no way I could eat 8oz of anything in a single sitting! They do make 4oz jars though, and you could scale the recipe back.

I could easily eat one of those large ones if the greens and veggies were 4oz and the protein were 4oz!!!

I even made the hard boiled eggs. Definately going to have eggs, bacon, and ranch...
