Obesity Help Conference Ticket

I had something come up and now I can not go. I have a ticket to the conference and had one of the blocked out rooms (which I just canceled btw).  My question is, can I give away my ticket?  I would hate for it to go to waste.  Does anyone know and if so how do you transfer it and does anyone want it? Free?
