It just makes sense, right?  You're not eating enough to sustain nutritional health, so supplementation is necessary.

Except for the idiots who think that, since their labs at their three month checkup were fine without vitamins, they'll never need any.

Yeah, or they take their vitamins for a few years, and everything is good. Then they stop getting detailed labs done, then stop taking their vitamins. Until a couple of years later, when there's a crisis, or worse.

It's like the guys who jumps off the roof of a 20 story building. As he passes the window on each floor, he says "So far, so good."
