This morning I hit my overall goal of getting under 200 pounds!  I haven't been under 200 since about the 7th grade.

I started my pre-op diet on September 27, 2014 and weighed 350 lbs.  This morning, less than one year later, I am now at 198.7.

It hasn't always been easy, but it's easily been one of the best decisions I ever made.

You look great! As a cyclist, I'm particularly envious of those calves, lol.

If you don't mind me asking, how tall are you? My husband started at 421 and is at 325 right now, and he doesn't think he could physically get under 200, but then again, I didn't think I'd ever get there either.

I'm 6'3", and until a few months ago, I didn't think I'd ever be under 200 either.  My doctor gave me a goal weight of 250, and I was well under that by 6 months.  I've thought of myself as "big boned" for so long, I never would've thought under 200 would be an option.
