Go to the search function and type in "stalls".  Everyone's weight loss journey includes stalls.  Your body needs time to catch up with what you are doing.  As long as you are faithfully following your plan, you will continue to lose the weight.  Don't fret about a stall.  Check your measurements… you're probably losing inches.  Stay off the scale for a few weeks.  Follow the plan.  Don't worry.

When you guys say "stick to the plan" what is the plan?  I was unaware of any plan except that we cant eat that much so the plan being don't eat a'lot and make sure you are exercising?

I have joined back to weigh****chers just so I can track what I am putting in my mouth, but I am no where meeting my "points" for the day because I cant eat but about 2 oz.  at a time three times a day.

Most programs have pretty extensivelans for postop eating. Did you not have instructions for eating, vitamins, etc?

Oh well I am doing all that, following the sample menus that were given to me.  Avoid carbs unless they are good ones i.e. beans avocado etc,  exercise daily, I am rowing five times a week and trying to work up to more time (I find this is good for cardio and core and upper body and I can watch TV while doing it so I am no****ching the clock)  I have my vitamins that I take daily.  Trying to cram as much water in as possible.  I drink almond milk and tea (no sugar) when I want a change of pace or to just taste something.  I thought there was some plan I didn't know about.

When people say "follow the plan" they are referring to the specific plan of eating you received from your doctor or bariatric center. Sounds like you're on it :-)

I got paperwork with rules of how to eat and it's a bit more than "don't eat too much."  I wonder if Salameh's plan has changed since I went through it?

No I am sure it is the same, but the sample meals that I have been given don't seem like much of a plan, it is sort of common sense.  I wanted to make sure there wasn't something I was missing.  Protein first, veggies (in two weeks cant have that yet) and then if you are full you can have a whole grain carb of some sort. But the bottom line is retraining your brain to eat smaller portions and don't eat fried foods or refined flour or sugar.  I also found something called Great Lakes Collagen Protein and I add it to everything I drink, water, tea, milk.  That gets me about 33 grams in without even eating food yet.  Then you add a Oikos Triple Zero with 17 grams. Then I am at 50 and I can get the remaining 10-20 in with lunch and dinner.
