It's been 13 years this Saturday that my life chaged.  I was wondering how do you help others that ask you HOW DID I DO THIS...and how can they.  I've tried to help but things have changed so much when it comes to approval of the surgery with insurances.

Than i ask what do i do now....for myself

Congratulations on your success and helping others.  WE are so glad to see you back!

It's sad but you are right, less and less states are paying for WLS and when they do less and less surgeon's are doing the surgery

Helping others - talk about the lifestyle changes that you've made. At 5 yrs out, and losing weight still, at least for me, my surgery is only a small part of the equation. The life changes are more important.
