Miralax...............

This may be a stupid question. But I just started taking a capful of Miralax daily to get back to being regular. And boy is BOB "talking" a LOT!! I'm 18 months out and BOB has always "talked" a bit. But this is CRAZY!! Did this happen to anyone else after just starting with it? If so, how long before it settles down? My co-workers are all just cracking up over here!

I add Benefiber to my yog every other day-ish, if things get too 'active' I skip a few days. It takes some experimenting to reach that balance but I think that too much straining is bad. Good that you are taking it with a grin.

FWIW, I started taking a 500 mg magnesium pill each night and it has taken care of constipation. No more miralax, no more colace or sennakote. It's been wonderful!
