I'm sitting in the guest recliner in my room at hospital.  The hospital bed head section will only go flat and not elevate. In an effort to fix it they've leveled the entire thing and got bed in a weird position

forced me to sit in this chair which is giving excruciating pain :( on the plus side still no nausea. Just got done walking for about 20 minutes... I would love to be lying down with head elevated :(

I'm glad your bed is fixed! I hope that means you are lying back relaxing just a bit...

I bet the nursing staff loves your Christmas boxers!

Hang in there, soon you'll be free of the hospital nightmare, and wake up at home :)

WELCOME to the losers bench!  Glad they got the bed all fixed, I know you're already uncomfortable after surgery, you don't really want to add any extra discomfort to it.

The drugs wasn't necessarily he problem. The issue was my bed not working and getting into a super low chair :( but that's all been resolved :) good to go now! Just took a little nap. Bout to do some walking and watch another movie

I thought this post was going to say "Doc couldn't perform surgery."

Ask the hospital staff for some extra pillows?  Speedy recovery!

When do you get to go home?

My surgery is in a few weeks and the doctor told me to expect only 1 night in the hospital.
