My ice cream maker really helped.  Not an Eggface recipe, but I added sugar-free cool whip to my protein shakes and loved how creamy the ice cream was.  Enjoy the machine.

Do tell! Did you use a ready made protein shake?  How much SF Cool Whip did you use?  Did you add anything else?

About 8 ounces skim milk, a scoop of protein powder, 1/4 cup cool whip and an ounce of sugarfree syrup.  I mixed everything in the blender then put it in the ice cream freezer.  Some days I had two or three servings, mostly instead of meals.

As soon as the weather heats up I drag mine out.  I like to make protein coffee frappes.  A lot cheaper then Starbucks and better for me.  I pretty much just make iced protein coffee and through it in the ice cream maker.

How do you make protein coffee?

It depends on whether you want it hot or cold.  For hot I just make my regular coffee in the morning and I take a scoop of my favorite protein powder and mix a little bit of coffee, stirring and adding a little more until its  like a paste.  If the coffee is too hot it clumps so I just add a little at a time or sometimes I mix it with milk or sugar free creamer to make a paste and then slowly stir in the coffee until it's all mixed.

For cold I just throw it all in the blender with ice and hit the button.  I can make a frappe that way or if can make it cold without ice, blend it up and then put it in the ice cream maker.
