It's ok!  You're OK!  Nothing is a waste of time if we use the experience wisely.  Be humble, open minded and willing to hear what others have said.  We're here to help - truly!  Even if sometimes you get harsh replies, look for the helpful truth behind the scary parts and don't panic.  It is just the internet after all, so take what you like and what you see as helpful and just leave the rest.  No need to run away, or delete your account, we're forgiving and understand that we're all a mess here!  We all say things we regret and the wisest among us stick with it so that we can all learn and grow thru each other.

The thing about online/email, etc is that tone is difficult to convey. It's not the same as a real conversation, no matter which emoji's we add or what language we use to convey the message. Don't be upset. We're all human.

Don't delete it just because not everyone agreed with you.  This is a discussion forum, so let's discuss!

Seriously, no need to panic over a forum! Only panic over health concerns at this point in your life. I've seen some heated discussions on here many times and you just have to let things roll off your back. I think if you were as shallow as your post "sounded" then you wouldn't be panicking. Guess what? Everybody will move on.

I also would encourage you leave your post as it is. As you can see, you have varying degrees of responses. Not everyone on this forum will always agree with you and that's ok. It's really. really. ok. I don't agree with everything people say on here and I consider a lot of them to be great online friends! Respectful disagreement helps the world go 'round!

YOU did not f* up!  You simply were stating your feeling on something and asked for opinions.  You got several and some that did not see things the same way you do, but you know what?  That is fine, we are all different.   Do not feel that because people were not sure how to respond to your question or asked you specifically about certain things, that they were attacking you (regardless of some stating that fact)   It is all in the mentality of the individual.   Those who did reply to you, are here to help you.  While they may not see things the same as you, they do have an opinion and are giving it.     Leave the thread and don't stress, please.
