I feel extremely tired & well for lack of better words, feel like a slug... I don't have any energy, can't seem to focus, is this a lack of protein, vitamins, something? I'm a little over 3 months out of my RNY but due to the doctor's office having to change appointments won't be seen until the middle of August for my 3 month check up.

What are you eating on an average day?

Which, if any, vitamins are you taking?

Your body is still adjusting. I was an exhausted mess until about the six month mark. For some of us, it just takes longer. Keep doing what you are supposed to be doing and get more rest. Things will get better.

I have been intaking about 70 to 75 g of protein per day (combined eggs, meats, & protein drink) and multi-vitamin - Flinstone Complete 2x a day, Vit B Complex taken sublingual liquid, CoQ10, D3-5000 IU, D2 50,000 IUI 1x per week. I'm doing light exercise walking, light weights for toning, etc.

Some days, my energy level is fine. But lately, it just has not been very good. I am so tired, I feel so sluggish and have no energy. I don't feel like doing anything.

Fluids are the first thing that come to mind for me.  Our bodies get dehydrated FAST.  Have you been getting 64+oz of fluids daily?

My thought went immediately to a lack of fluids, too.  She sounds dehydrated to me.  Sometimes even 64ozs of fluids daily isn't enough for the body, especially if dehydration has set in already.

If she is hydrated she may just need a banana bag, or two, or three.  Nevertheless, she needs to contact her bariatric doctor ASAP to get checked.

Shoot, I've had 64oz of fluids already today, and it's not even 8am!

I live in Central California, it has been over 100 degrees for the last few days, you could be right about the dehydration. I have been drinking as much as I can of water about 80 ounces a day, BUT when it is this hot, sometimes that isn't enough for a "typical" person. I never thought about not drinking enough. My Vit B complex has Vit B12 in it. In an attempt to feel better yesterday, I took a second dose of the complex (taken under the tongue before swallowed).
