Patches?

Does anyone use those vitamin patches? I've seen the b12 and multivitamin and I'm wondering if they work.

Been using the patchmd multi plus iron patch for a year now. Prior to them, my levels were always low in iron and a few other areas despite taking supplements. Within a month these bad boys got my levels in the normal range. Love them! I now also use the calcium plus D3.

I've been using the patches for quiet sometime.  I love them and wish they had been around when I was a new post op.  I use multi, B12, calcium and d3. I also have the iron  since I am anemic.

There are lots of folks around here who use them and report very good results. They seem to work very well!

That said, I tried them and gave up. I'm in the habit of taking pills, and I tended to forget to put the patches on. Good thing I have no trouble throwing back a whole handfull of pills in one go! :-D

I use the multi and calcium/D3. I take an extra B12 sublingual once a week. One pill a week is easier (and cheaper) than an extra B12 patch.

Thank you! I'm ordering! I'm horrible at taking my day time pills so I think these will be perfect. I'll apply at night when I take my nighttime meds.

I won a giveaway on here about a month and a half ago and won a year supply of them!! I haven't had any bloodwork done but I like using them instead of taking the pills and I've seen other people have good results that I trust on here. They're easy to use and I haven't had any problems with them.
