Like others have said - Non Scale Victory - meaning a positive result of your lifestyle change but not necessarily reflected on the scale, for example being able to take the stairs without losing your breath or without pain, having clothes fit more comfortably, more energy, resisting food cravings that you might have given into before (such as cake at the birthday party) etc. Hope this helps - I didn't know what it was for the longest time but now I'm enjoying weekly NSV's :) Enjoy your journey :)
