I have this app on my phone. I plug my weight into it at least once a week.

Consult Weight:276/Surgery Day Weight: 241.6 /Goal Weight: 150

Thanks for posting, sometimes it is hard to see the difference living day to day with losing weight. Knowing you have lost a certain amount of weight, but not quite seeing it, this model helped

Another great tool is taking a photo once a month and if you can in the same place.  There were times I was not seeing it but when I put the photos side by side, it was amazing!  Good Luck to you!
