10+ YEAR POST-OP FLYBY

For the first several years, I lived here on OH.  WLS and all of its components were my obsession.  I was serious about it then and even though I don't think about it so much these days, I'm still serious about not wanting to go back to my previous life of being heavier.

Being thin his does not change your heart, even if it changes your body.  Stay true to yourself and never forget where you came from but always focus on your future.  I sincerely wish all the newbies and those considering WLS the best of luck and a steadfast determination.

Ten years later, I'm still a surgery success story.  I am very blessed but I have also worked hard to maintain.  Be strong, be vigilant and always be YOU.
