Starting January 1 (or today if you don't have starting weight) through the end of March (March 26). Weigh in day will be Sundays. I'm going to track measurements just at the start and at the end for myself.

FYI- On the BMI over 50 board there is a weekly weigh in thread. (It's not a "challenge") I'm sure those with lower BMI's would be welcome. A lot of of us who do the daily menu threads post our daily weights there too.

Hey, it's me, the former WLSResources/ClothingExchange, banned two days ago from that other place. I guess I shouldn't be surprised to see so many familiar names and faces here.
I'd like to take part in the challenge. Instead of posting my weight, however, just by posting how well I followed my food plan week by week. I don't have a scale and feel no need for one. As long as I'm eating properly, I know I'm losing and that works for me. It's only at doctors' offices that I weigh and even then, it's just an estimate, scales vary.
What sez y'all? Are we all in this together?
Hi. I don't know if my other weights made it here from BP
but my current is 181.8 and my goal is 163
My plan for this week is to get back in the gym - I had surgery last Wednesday but I'm cleared for cardio - no weights
Even if I wasn't cleared I'd probably just go and hang out there just so I wouldn't lose the momentum of going - off as that might seem
good to see so many familiar faces :)
