209! "Just" a pound this week but many nsv's. I went and cleaned the storage above my warehouse and went up and down the stairs and lot and didn't feel like I was going to have a heart attack. I wear an XL shirt but I have a size large jacket and and a few shirts that I can wear now. If my stomach didn't poof when I sit in would be in a large shirt now. I spent yesterday mostly in my garage working on projects and bending over the fenders was no big deal. I had to pull the bumper off of my wife's car to replace the headlight assemblies and fix the wiper washers. Afterwards I looked at her car with those perfect headlights and realized how dingy her wheels looked so I polished them. Previously that was a chore being bent down to do that. Yesterday it was no biggie.
Congrats. I'm down 4 lbs this week which will virtually guarantee a gain this week. So not counting my blessings yet. Got in 19,000 steps yesterday and suspect I was a bit dehydrated this am. But was still fun to see that weight on the scale. Puts me at 75.6 lbs down....which means 14.4 to go to get to my original weigh loss goal and it also puts me within 8 lbs of my husband. It was six but he had to go and lose a couple of pounds...grrrrr.
