A moment to reflect on what you are grateful for

Here in Michigan it was unseasonably warm. Like go outside in a tshirt and be Ok with that warm. It is February and that is nuts. But I am insanely grateful for the mild weather, as I am getting outside and enjoying it. I am a big believer in taking a moment to reflect on the little things in your day that you are grateful for. Do you have any little tidbit that you are grateful for? (Need not be weight loss related, but certainly could be!)

My friends really.  I met up with two friends today for lunch and we were talking about the ability to remain positive in the face of adversity.  The importance of being grateful and happy and spreading joy instead of basking in misery.

Even when we argue - which we do - I know these ladies have my back.

I'm glad my family is back after their 4 day get away. I did enjoy that delicious quiet.

It's corny, but I am really grateful for my husband. He's so supportive of every crazy idea that comes into my head! And I have a lot of them!

im less grateful for this warm weather! I picked up this cute green knit dress with 3/4 sleeves on clearance and the weather needs to chill so I can get my 20$ Worth! Haha it won't fit next winter!

I'm so grateful for my partners who have NEVER once been anything less than supportive for all of my life changes in the last three years - up to, and including, the staggeringly high cost (financially and surgically) of planned plastics.  Team Gwen is a pretty amazing group of people, but the two of them are the best.  I might have been able to do all of this without their support, but it would have sucked a whole hell of a lot.

This is great! I have recently been thinking of the things I am grateful for. Its silly, or not? But I am thankful for 2 jobs, especially the opportunity of my 2nd job. It's flexible, I can work as much or as little as I need. I can come and go as I please. It has helped me financially to the point that I am moving. Yes, it seems crazy but, it works for me.

I am also grateful for my family and friends who are extremely supportive of everything. I have some friends who don't have that, and it makes me sad for them.

I'm grateful for my mom. We always got along but a few months ago we got into an argument over something stupid. I brushed it off, but it still bugged her & she was stand offish. I hated how that felt, it was like I didn't have a mom anymore. So we talked it out & now were as close as close can be.

Luv having her in my corner & I in hers.
